Our No-Sweat Intro is designed to give you a time to discuss your goals with one of our coaches and see how we can help YOU reach your goals. We don’t do contracts and we don’t believe in high pressure. What we do believe in is your ability to make a positive change and be the healthiest, fittest version of yourself. It will take work, but we are here with you every step of the way!
It’s a great way for you to see if CrossFit Allendale is a good fit for you. We’ll also answer all your questions about membership, pricing and our fitness programs including CrossFit, Basic Elements, nutrition coaching and one-on-one personal training.
