Open Gym
What is it?
Open gym is a great opportunity for more access to the gym. This allows members to work on specific skills outside of class or the ability to train mid-morning. Our classes do a great job of overall fitness but open gym can be tailored to exactly what you need.
How Much Is It?
If you are looking to mix and match classes and open gym you must be on at least a minimum 2 days per week class membership.
To add on open gym (per month) is:
- 1x per week : $10
- 2x per week : $15
- 3x per week : $20
- 4x per week : $25
Open gym only membership: $115 per month.
When is it?
Open gym is offered Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 10:00am & Saturday, 9:30 – 11:00am. Training is at your own risk as there is no active coach leading the session.
Please note that Open Gym is only offered at these times above and not during class times.
