Coaches’ Comment
It has been wonderful to see Carol become so involved with CrossFit since July of last year. She is always an enthusiastic and upbeat presence at our 7 a.m. class. One day, she joined us out of the blue after hearing great things about the gym from her daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Varun, and has been with us ever since. While visiting Arizona last winter, she also spent a few months at another local CrossFit gym. Carol will be the first to tell you that her fitness level has significantly improved over the past year: she’s stronger, has better mobility, and her endurance has vastly improved. We are proud of all the hard work Carol puts in at the gym, and she has been an inspiration to those around her. Keep up the great work, Carol!
